In some way or another design form has been a significant part of my creative work life over the past few decades. More recently these endeavors have merged into a design company called Artbytes.The emerging and exciting world wide web was the main focus of this more formal design business. The name I choose back then gives some indication of the role I thought computers and the internet were going to have in my future creative life. However along the way I have found time for more traditional design pursuits. Building design, set design, shop design, graphic design and even a little furniture design have found a place in my repertoire. I always believe that design skills/concepts are essentially transferable. It is quite stressful sometimes making the transition but that did not stop me trying.
